Unless otherwise requested, orders ship via Fed Ex Ground or US Postal PriorityService once purchase, shipping and applicable tax fees are paid. We will email you an order confirmation with tracking information. Orders are fully insured.

International orders ship via USPS Global Express. These shipments are also insured and trackable. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes applied once a shipment reaches your country. The customer is responsible for these charges. jumelle has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary from country to country. If you are not completely satisfied with your web purchase, send it back to us for an exchange or refund.

jumelle will only accept returns within 14 days of purchase date. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all tags intact. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. All jewelry, undergarments, swimwear, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Returns must be sent prepaid, via trackable carrier, insured to the full purchase amount. Please include a note explaining reason for return. We are not responsible for missing or misdelivered packages.

jumelle will refund customers through original payment method. Returns are processed immediately upon receipt of returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange/refund has been processed. In the event that merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be refunded.

We reserve the right to deny a refund/exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.


Although we make every effort to maintain sufficient stock listed on our site, sometimes we sell out of certain items. If an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and issue the appropriate refund.
